The Liverpool Citizen Portal is the online service portal for residents — once you register an account, you can use it to apply for a variety of child-services from Liverpool City Council. 


That includes: applying for funded early-education / 2-year-old funding / free childcare hours, requesting free school meals, arranging school travel support, or getting other early-years or family-related services.
